Before a student is enrolled at CCA, the following items must be completed:

5. Request Records

6. Pay Registration Fee

7. Admissions Test (grades 1^st – 8^th)

8. Student Interview with the Dean and/or Principal

1. Sign Financial Agreement

2. Pay Materials Fee

3. Pay First Month Tuition

4. Student file completion

     A.  Copy of birth certificate

     B.  Child identification record

     C.  Notarized authorization form

     D.  Physical exam form

     E.  Immunization record

CCA also utilizes an on-line computer program,, which allows parents to have real–time access to their student’s records.
